4) Who are the Data Shared With? International Transfer

As a rule, your email address is not shared with third parties.

However, due to technical necessities such as hosting, email infrastructure, or security services, it may be made technically accessible by service providers (e.g., hosting/email infrastructure provider). In this case:

• Access is limited only to the provision of the service,

• Access is restricted by authorization and security measures to the extent possible.

• When your request is concluded and the email address becomes unnecessary, it will be deleted/anonymized or if retention is required under legal obligations, it may be retained for the relevant period.

• Log records for security purposes are generally kept for a maximum of 6 months (may be kept longer in necessary cases).

6) Data Security Measures

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are taken for the security of personal data. Examples include:

• Access control aimed at preventing unauthorized access

• Use of up-to-date software/infrastructure and security patches

• Backup and monitoring when necessary

• Limiting data access to "as needed"
